I can’t praise Boulder Hybrids enough. They really came through for my family, getting a stolen catalytic converter replaced on a tight timeline. Boulder hybrids got our car repaired fast, did great work, and had excellent customer service throughout the process. I can’t thank this shop enough, and TJ especially for being so friendly with me during this chaotic experience. I can attest to the quality of work they did because after the repair, I immediately drove my Prius from Colorado to Florida and everything operated perfectly.

Paul and his team replaced my engine on my Honda pilot with a used engine. It is now running better than it has ever ran. I am so glad I chose Boulder hybrids. With Paul and team you are in safe hands.

Boulder Hybrids Repair Shop fixed a huge dent in my car & it looks like new! They even finished it a day early! The staff is very friendly and easy to work with. I’m so happy that I brought my car here! The price was reasonable & honestly less than I was expecting given the body damage 👍🏻 10/10

Paul and his team, on both the sale lot and the repair shop… Have become a significant structure of Support for me. I'm single with no kids and I use my car a lot in my work. Paul and his team are the kind of dependability that you get from "Family". I had a weird thing happened with a brand-new tire getting slashed, really disabling and problematic. But Paul responded immediately with support and help, got me in as fast as they could, and bing bang boom had replaced the tire & got me back on the road. All of that alone saves me money and anguish. There's also a great tone and mood in the shop. You enjoy going, and you meet decent people in the waiting room. Great conversations. This makes it so pleasant, and part of the "village life" that it's possible to build when you have merchants of this calibre. I can recommend them 200%. And I've been dealing with them for some years now.

I had a wonderful experience with Boulder Hybrids. Paul took the time to clearly and honestly explain my options for my 2004 Prius, and the team did an excellent job replacing my ABS actuator using a customer-provided part. What truly stood out was their integrity — they charged me only for the actual time the repair took, not what they originally estimated. It’s rare these days to find such an honest and reliable repair shop. The final cost was a fraction of what several other shops had quoted me. I now fully understand why they have such stellar reviews, and from here on out, I won’t be taking my Prius anywhere else.
